[ثغا] الثُغاءُ: صوتُ الشاءِ والمَعْزِ وما شا كلهما. والثاغية: الشاة، وقد ثَغَتْ تَثْغو ثُغاءً، أي صاحت. يقال: " ماله ثاغية ولا راغيةٌ ". فالثاغيَةُ: الشاةُ، والراغيةُ: البعيرُ. وما بالدار ثاغ ولا راغ، أي أحد.
