[بقق] نه فيه: إن حبرا من بني إسرائيل صنف سبعين كتاباً فأوحى إلى نبي أن قل له: إنك ملأت الأرض "بقاقاً" وإن الله لم يقبل من "بقاقك" شيئاً. البقاق كثرة الكلام، يقال: بق وأبق أي لم يقبل من إكثارك شيئاً، وفيه: قال لأبي ذر: مالي أراك "لقا بقا" كيف بك إذا أخرجوك من المدينة. رجل لقاق بقاق ولقاق بقاق إذا كان كثير الكلام، ويروى لقاً بقاً بوزن عصا وهو تبع للقا واللقا المرمى المطرح.
