الصحة: حالة أو ملكة، بها تصدر الأفعال عن موضعها سليمة.
وهي عند الفقهاء عبارة عن كون الفعل مسقطًا للقضاء في العبادات، لترتب ثمراته المطلوبة منه عليه شرعًا في المعاملات وبإزائه البطلان.
