1 سَخَلَهُمْ,

TA,) He drove away, repelled, or banished, them: (

Lth; and its correctness is doubted by him, unless it be formed by
transposition from خَلَسَ, like as they said جَذَبَ and جَبَذَ, and بَضَّ and ضَبَّ. (

inf. n. تَسْخِيلٌ, The palmtree bore dates such as are termed [سُخَّل, i. e.]
