The هرنصانة, (K,) i. e. هِرْنِصَانَة, (TA,) or هِرِنْصَانَة, (so in the CK, and in my MS. copy of the K,) with kesr, (K,) and the ر quiescent, and with kesr to the ن, (TA,) is A certain worm, (K,) accord. to IAar; said by others to be (TA) what is called the سُرْفَة [which is very variously described]. (K, TA.) See دُخْلُلٌ.
