[نجح] النُجْحُ والنَجاحُ: الظفر بالحوائج وأنْجَحَ الرجل: صار ذا نُجْحٍ، فهو مُنْجِحٌ من قوم مَناجِحَ ومَناجيح. وما أفْلَحَ فلانٌ ولا أنْجَحَ. وقد أنْجَحْتُ حاجَتَهُ، إذا قضيتَها له. وتَنَجّحت الحاجة واستنجحتها، إذا تَنَجَّزْتَها. ونَجَحَتْ هي. ونَجَحَ أمر فلان، أي تيسَّر وسَهُلَ، فهو ناجحٌ. وسار فلانٌ سيراً نَجيحاً، أي وشيكاً. ورأيٌ نَجيحٌ، أي صواب. وتَناجَحَتْ أحلامُه، أي تتابعت بصدق.
