فِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ زِمْل «الدُّنْيَا وغَضَارَة عَيْشِهَا» أَيْ طِيبُهَا وَلَذَّتُهَا. يُقَالُ: إِنَّهُمْ لَفِي غَضَارَة مِنَ العَيْش: أَيْ فِي خِصْب وخَيْر.
