: (مَكان غَضْرَبٌ) كجَعْفَرٍ، أَهمله الجَوْهَرِيُّ. وَقَالَ ابنُ دُرَيْد: مَكَانٌ غَضْرَبٌ (وغُضَارِبٌ، بالضَّمِّ) أَي خِصبٌ (كَثِيرُ النَّبْتِ والمَاءِ) . نَقَلَه الصَّاغَانِيُّ.
