فِي حَدِيثِ الإسْراء «هَذَا النِّيلُ والفُراتُ عُنْصَرُهُما» العُنْصَر بِضَمِّ الْعَيْنِ وَفَتْحِ الصَّادِ: الأصلُ، وَقَدْ تُضَم الصَّادُ، وَالنُّونُ مَعَ الْفَتْحِ زَائِدَةٌ عِند سِيبَوَيْهِ، لِأَنَّهُ ليسَ عِنْدَهُ فُعْلَل بِالْفَتْحِ.
وَمِنْهُ الْحَدِيثُ «يَرجِعُ كُلُّ مَاءٍ إِلَى عُنْصَرِه» .
