شخز
الشَّخْزُ، بالخاءِ المُعجَمَة، كالمَنع، لُغة فِي الشَّخْس، وَهُوَ الاضْطِرابُ. قَالَ رُؤْبَة: إِذا الأُمورُ أُولِعَت بالشَّخْزِ الشَّخْزُ أَيضاً: المَشَقَّة وشِدَّة العَناءِ. والشَّخْز: الطَّعْنُ. يُقَال: شَخَزَه بالرُّمحِ يشْخَزُه شَخْزاً، إِذا طعنَه. الشَّخْز: فَقْءُ العَيْنِ، قَالَ أَبو عَمْرو: يُقَال شَخَزَ عَينَه وضَخَزَها وبَخَصَها، بِمَعْنى وَاحِد، قَالَ: وَلم أَرَ أَحداً يعرفهُ. الشَّخْز: الإغراءُ بينَ القَوْمِ، نَقله الصَّاغانِيّ. والتَّشاخُزُ: لُغة فِي التَّشاخُس وَهُوَ التَّباغُض والتَّعادي، وَقد تَشاخَزُوا.
