مَرْدُوْد )
a. [acc. & 'An], Made to go or come back, sent or turned back from;
kept off from.
b. [acc. & Ila], Brought, sent back, returned to; converted to;
returned ( an answer ) to, replied to.
c. [acc. & 'Ala], Refused, denied.
d. Refuted.
e. ['Ala], Profited, benefited, advantaged.
f. Rendered, made to become.

رَدَّدَa. Repulsed, repelled, drove away, cast off;
rejected.
b. Repeated, went over again; reverted to.
c. Made to go to & fro; confused, perplexed.

رَاْدَدَa. Returned, restored, gave back to.
b. Opposed, resisted, withstood.

تَرَدَّدَa. Was repulsed, repelled, sent back.
b. [Ila], Returned, repaired to again & again;
frequented, haunted.
