الخَبَنَداةُ من النّساء: التَّارّة المُمتلئة، وَقيل: التامَّة القَصب، وَقيل: التامَة الخَلْق كُلِّه، وَقيل: الثَقيلةُ الَوِركَين.

وسَاق خَبنْداةٌ: مُستديرةٌ مُمتلئة. وقَصبٌ خَبنْدَي: مَمتليءٌ رَيّان.

وبعيرَ مُخْبَنْدٍ: عَظيمٌ، وَقيل: صُلْبٌ شَدِيد.
