قَرَعَ(n. ac. قَرْع)
a. Knocked, rapped at (door); beat, played (
drum ).
b. [acc. & Bi], Beat, struck, belaboured with.
c. Ground, gnashed (teeth).
d. Hit the mark (arrow).
e. Emptied, drained.
f. [pass.] ['Ala], Was beaten at (play).
g.(n. ac. قَرْع), Cast lots.
h.(n. ac. قَرْع
قِرَاْع), Covered (stallion).
قَرِعَ(n. ac. قَرَع)
a. Let himself be beaten at play.
b. Accepted advice.
c. Was bald.
