Kh is related to have said, (

IB to be the correct measure, the [incipient] ا being augmentative, and the word [
masc.,] with tenween, [i. e. إِشْفًى,] perfectly

TA:) The instrument belonging to the إِسكَاف [or sewer of skins or leather]; (
