فرذل: فرذلات: هو في المغرب عجين محشو بلحم وعادة بالكيد المفروم من التوابل. (معجم المنصوري مادة سنبوسك) ورأى كما يرى السيد سيمونيه أن هذه الكلمة هي الجمع العربي للكلمة الأسبانية القديمة Fartal (= farte من اللاتينية far-ciofartum)
