ء ط ر : الْإِطَارُ مِثْلُ كِتَابٍ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَا أَحَاطَ بِهِ وَإِطَارُ الشَّفَةِ اللَّحْمُ الْمُحِيطُ بِهَا وَسُئِلَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ السُّنَّةِ فِي قَصِّ الشَّارِبِ فَقَالَ يُقَصُّ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ الْإِطَارُ وَمِنْ كَلَامِهِمْ بَنُو فُلَانٍ إطَارٌ لِبَنِي فُلَانٍ إذَا حَلُّوا حَوْلَهُمْ وَأَطَرَهُ أَطْرًا مِنْ بَابِ ضَرَبَ عَطَفَهُ.
