(س) فِي حَدِيثِ عُتْبة بْنِ غَزْوان «أَنَّهُ لَقِي المشركِين فِي يَوْمِ وَمَدَةٍ وعِكَاكٍ» الْوَمَدَةُ: نَدًى مِنَ البَحْر يَقَعُ عَلَى النَّاسِ فِي شِدَّة الحَرِّ وسُكُون الرِّيح. وَيَوْمٌ وَمِدٌ ولَيْلةٌ وَمِدَةٌ.
