هَتَكَ السِتْرَ وغيرَه يَهْتِكُه فانْهَتَكَ وتَهَتَّكَ: جَذَبَه فَقَطَعَه من مَوْضِعِه، أو شَقَّ منهُ جُزْءاً فَبَدَا ما وَراءَهُ.
ورجُلٌ مُنْهَتِكٌ ومُتَهَتِّكٌ ومُسْتَهْتِكٌ: لا يُبالي أن يُهْتَكَ سِتْرُهُ.
والهُتْكَةُ، بالضم: الاسمُ منه، وساعةٌ من الليلِ.
وهاتَكْناها: سِرْنا في دُجاها.
أو الهُتْكُ، بالضمِ: نِصْفُ الليلِ. وكعِنبٍ: قِطَعُ الغِرْسِ يَتَمَزَّقُ عن الوَلَدِ.
