[هزر] نه: فيه: إذا شرب قام إلى ابن عمه "فهزر" ساقه، الهزر: الضرب الشديد بنحو الخشب. وفيه: إنه قضى في سبيل "مهزور" أن يحبس حتى يبلغ الماء الكعبينن هو وادي بني قريظة بالحجاز، وهو براء فزاي موضع بسوق المدينة تصدق به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على المسلمين.

(هَزَرَ) الْهَاءُ وَالزَّاءُ وَالرَّاءُ يَدُلُّ عَلَى غَمْزٍ وَكَسْرٍ وَضَرْبٍ. وَهَزَرَهُ بِعَصَاهُ هَزَرَاتٍ: ضَرَبَهُ. وَهَزَرَهُ: غَمَزَهُ. وَإِنَّ فُلَانًا لَذُو هَزَرَاتٍ وَكَسَرَاتٍ، إِذَا كَانَ يُغْبَنُ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ. قَالَ:

إِلَّا تَدَعْ هَزَرَاتٍ لَسْتَ تَارِكَهَا ... تُخْلَعْ ثِيَابُكَ لَا ضَأْنٌ وَلَا إِبِلُ

وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ.
