(س) فِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَير «خُبْزَة أَنْبَخَانِيَّة» أَيْ لَيّنَةٌ هَشَّة.
يُقَالُ: نَبَخَ العَجِينُ يَنْبُخُ
، إِذَا اخْتَمر. وعجينٌ أَنْبَخَانٌ: أَيْ مُخْتَمِرٌ. وَقِيلَ: حَامِضٌ.
والهمزة زائدة.
