ن و ب: (نَابَ) عَنْهُ يَنُوبُ (مَنَابًا) قَامَ مَقَامَهُ. وَ (أَنَابَ) إِلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى أَقْبَلَ وَتَابَ. وَ (النَّوْبَةُ) وَ (النِّيَابَةُ) بِمَعْنًى. تَقُولُ: جَاءَتْ نَوْبَتُكَ وَنِيَابَتُكَ وَهُمْ (يَتَنَاوَبُونَ) النَّوْبَةَ فِي الْمَاءِ وَغَيْرِهِ. وَ (النَّائِبَةُ) الْمُصِيبَةُ وَاحِدَةُ (نَوَائِبِ) الدَّهْرِ. وَالْحُمَّى (النَّائِبَةُ) هِيَ الَّتِي تَأْتِي كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
