الميمونية: هم أصحاب ميمون بن عمران، قالوا بالقدر، أي إسناد أفعال العباد إلى قدرتهم، فتكون الاستطاعة قبل الفعل، وأن الله يريد الخير دون الشر ولا يريد المعاصي وأطفال الكفار في الجنة. ويروى عنهم: تجويز نكاح البنات للبنين، وأنكروا سورة يوسف.
