لكَي
: (ي ( {لَكِيَ بِهِ، بِالْكَسْرِ،} لكًى) ، مَقْصورٌ: (أُولِعَ بِهِ) ؛) كَمَا فِي الصِّحاحِ؛ وأَنْشَدَ لرُؤْبَة:
والمِلْغُ {يَلْكَى بالكَلامِ الأَمْلَغ (أَو) لَكِيَ بِهِ: إِذا (لَزِمَهُ) ؛) كَمَا فِي الصِّحاح.
وَقَالَ أَبُو عليَ: مَصْدَرُه يُكْتَبُ بالياءِ.
وَفِي كتابِ ابنِ القطَّاع: لازَمَهُ.
وَفِي المُحْكم: بالمَكانِ: إِذا أَقامَ.
(} واللاَّكِي: اللاَّئِكِ) ، مَقْلوبٌ، نقلَهُ الصَّاغاني.
وممَّا يُسْتدركُ عَلَيْهِ:
{لَكَاهُ حَقَّه: أَعْطَاهُ كُلَّه.

(لَكِيَ) اللَّامُ وَالْكَافُ وَالْحَرْفُ الْمُعْتَلُّ أَوِ الْمَهْمُوزُ، يَدُلُّ عَلَى لُزُومِ مَكَانٍ وَتَبَاطُؤٍ. وَلَكِيتُ بِفُلَانٍ لَكًى مَقْصُورٌ، إِذَا لَزِمْتَهُ. وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: لَكِيَ بِالْمَكَانِ، إِذَا أَقَامَ بِهِ، يُهْمَزُ وَلَا يُهْمَزُ. وَتَلَكَّأَ الرَّجُلُ تَلَكُّؤًا: تَبَاطَأَ عَنِ الشَّيْءِ وَيُقَالُ: لَكَأْتُ الرَّجُلَ لَكْأً: جَلَدْتُهُ بِالسَّوْطِ.
