من (ك ص ر) لغة في القاصر بمعنى من الورثة من لم يبلغ سن الرشد، والقاصر عن الأمر: العاجز عنه، والقاصر الصلاة: المصلي الصلوات ذات الأربع الركعات إثنين، والقاصر الشعر: القاص منه شيئا ولم يستأصله.
