(ك ل م) : (فِي الْحَدِيثِ) «اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ فِي النِّسَاءِ فَإِنَّمَا أَخَذْتُمُوهُنَّ بِأَمَانَةِ اللَّهِ وَاسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ فُرُوجَهُنَّ بِكَلِمَةِ اللَّهِ» هِيَ قَوْله تَعَالَى {فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ} [البقرة: 229] وَيَجُوزُ أَنْ يُرَادَ إذْنُهُ فِي النِّكَاحِ وَالتَّسَرِّي.
