a. Withheld; frightened away.

تَكَعْكَعَa. Was prevented.
b. Was frightened.

كُعْكُعa. Timid.
[كعكع] نه: فيه: رأيناك "تكعكعت"، أي أحجمت وتأخرت إلى وراء. ك: وروى: كعكعت، أي أخرت نفسك. ج: وقيل: هو التوقف والاحتباس.
