كَبّا: قال ابن الكلبي: كان بالمدينة مخنّث يقال له النّغاشيّ، ويقال نغاش، فقيل لمروان: إنه لا يقرأ من القرآن شيئا، فبعث إليه وهو يومئذ على المدينة فاستقرأه أم الكتاب فقال: والله أنا ما أعرف أقرأ بناتها فكيف الأمّ؟ فقال مروان: أتهزأ بالقرآن لا أمّ لك! فأمر به فقتل في موضع يقال له كبّا في بطحان.
