بالفتح، وآخره صاد مهملة، ويجوز أن يكون من قولهم: قفص فلان يقفص قفصا إذا تشنّج من البرد، وكذلك كل شيء إذا تشنّج: وهو موضع في شعر عديّ بن زيد.
