قَطْران
من (ق ط ر ن) بمعنى عصارة شجر الأرز، والأبهل تطبخ ثم تطلى بها الإبل، ومادة سوداء لزجة تستخج من الخشب والفحم، وتستعمل لحفظ الخشب من التسوس والحديد من الصدأ.
