من (ق ص ص) نسبة إلى قَصَّاص بمعنى من يروي القصة على وجهها ومن يبدع القصة ويؤلفها، والخطيب يعتمد في وعظه على القصص، ومن يتتبع الأثر، ومن يأخذ الشعر أو الصوف ونحوهما بالمقص.
