ف س ك ل: (الْفِسْكِلُ) بِكَسْرِ الْفَاءِ وَالْكَافِ الَّذِي يَجِيءُ فِي الْحَلَبَةِ آخِرَ الْخَيْلِ. وَمِنْهُ قِيلَ: رَجُلٌ فِسْكِلٌ إِذَا كَانَ رَذْلًا. وَالْعَامَّةُ تَقُولُ: فُسْكُلٌ بِضَمِّهِمَا. قَالَ أَبُو الْغَوْثِ: أَوَّلُهَا الْمُجَلِّي وَهُوَ السَّابِقُ ثُمَّ الْمُصَلِّي ثُمَّ الْمُسَلِّي ثُمَّ التَّالِي ثُمَّ الْعَاطِفُ ثُمَّ الْمُرْتَاحُ ثُمَّ الْمُؤَمَّلُ ثُمَّ الْحَظِيُّ ثُمَّ اللَّطِيمُ ثُمَّ السُّكَيْتُ وَهُوَ الْفِسْكِلُ وَالْقَاشُورُ.
