[فسر] الفَسْرُ: البيانُ. وقد فَسَرْتُ الشئ أفسره بالكسر فسرا. والتفسير مثله. واسْتَفْسَرْتُهُ كذا، أي سألته أن يُفَسِّرَهُ لي. والفَسْرُ: نظر الطبيب إلى الماء، وكذلك التَفْسِرَةُ، وأظنُّه مولدا.

(فَسِرَ) الْفَاءُ وَالسِّينُ وَالرَّاءُ كَلِمَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ تَدُلُّ عَلَى بَيَانِ شَيْءٍ وَإِيضَاحِهِ. مِنْ ذَلِكَ الْفَسْرُ، يُقَالُ: فَسَرْتُ الشَّيْءَ وَفَسَّرْتُهُ. وَالْفَسْرُ وَالتَّفْسِرَةُ: نَظَرُ الطَّبِيبِ إِلَى الْمَاءِ وَحُكْمُهُ فِيهِ. وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِالصَّوَابِ.
