غيضون: غَيْضون، والجمع غَياضين: قلاّبة لاغتراف الماء. وهي مكونة من قطعة طويلة من الخشب علق دلو في طرف منها، وفي الطرف الآخر كتلة من الخشب أو حجر للتعادل (فوك).
