عِكْرِمَةُ، بالكسر، مَعْرِفةً وبالأَلِفِ واللاِم: الأُنْثَى من الحمامِ، أو أُنْثَى ساقِ حُرٍّ.
وعِكْرِمَةُ بنُ خَصَفَةَ بنِ قَيْسِ عَيْلانَ: أبو قَبيلَةٍ.
وعِكْرِمُ الليلِ: سَوادُهُ. وكعُلابِطٍ: قَبيلَةٌ من بَلِيٍّ.
