بالفتح، والمد، لعله فعالاء من عقر الدار أي وسطها، قال الأزهري: هو اسم موضع في قول حميد بن ثور:
ركود الحميّا طلّة شاب ماءها، ... لها من عقاراء الكروم زبيب
يصف خمرا.
