(عَطَا)
(هـ) فِي صِفَتِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «فَإِذَا تُعُوطِيَ الحَقُّ لَمْ يَعْرِفْه أَحَدٌ» أَيْ أَنَّهُ كَانَ مِنْ أحْسن النَّاسِ خُلُقا مَعَ أَصْحَابِهِ، مَا لَمْ يَرَ حَقًّا يُتعرَّض لَهُ بِإِهْمَالٍ أَوْ إبْطالٍ أَوْ إفْسادٍ، فَإِذَا رَأى ذَلِكَ تَنَمَّر وتَغيَّر حَتَّى أنْكَرَه مَنْ عَرَفه، كلُّ ذَلِكَ لنُصْرة الحقِّ. والتَّعَاطِي: التَّناولُ والجَرَاءة عَلَى الشَّيء، مِنْ عَطَا الشيءَ يَعْطُوه إِذَا أخَذَه وتَنَاوله.
(س) وَمِنْهُ حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ «إِنَّ أرْبَى الرِّبا عَطْوُ الرَّجُلِ عِرضَ أَخِيهِ بغَيرِ حَقٍّ» أَيْ تَنَاوُلُه بالذَّم وَنَحْوِهِ.
[هـ] وَمِنْهُ حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ «لَا تَعْطُوه الأيْدِي» أَيْ لَا تَبْلُغُه فَتَتَنَاوَلَهُ.
