: (} ظَجَّ: صاحَ فِي الحَرْب صِياحَ المُسْتَغِيثِ) ؛ قَالَ ابْن الأَعْرَابِي. (و) قَالَ أَبو مَنْصُور: الأَصل فِيهِ ضَجّ (بالضَّاد) ثمَّ جُعِلَ ضَجّ (فِي غيرِ الْحَرْب) ،! وظَجّ بالظّاءِ فِي الْحَرْب. وَقَول شيخنَا إِنه لَحْنٌ أَو لثغة، تَحامُلٌ شَدِيد، سامَحَه الله تَعَالَى.
