[طرز] الطِرازُ: عَلَمُ الثَوب، فارسيٌّ معرب. وقد طُرِّزَ الثوبُ فهو مُطَرَّزٌ. والطِرازُ: الهيئة. قال حسان بن ثابت: بيض الوجوهِ كريمةٌ أحسابهم * شمُّ الأنوفِ من الطِراز الأوَّلِ * أي من النمط الأول.
