ضلمة: ضُلْمَة: هي في الجزائر: كبة، كرة صغيرة من اللحم المفروم (همبرت ص16 جزائرية) ولحم مفروم يخلط مع الرز ويلف بورق الكرم أو ورق الكرنب، الملفوف (مارتن ص79، شيرب وهو يكتبها ظُلْمَة) ولحم محشو مع انواع من الخضر المتبلة بكثير من الفلفل الأحمر.
