والضُّبارِمةُ: الأَسد الوَثيق. والضُّبارِمُ والضُّبارِمةُ: الجريءُ على

الأَعْداء، وهو ثلاثي عند الخليل. ابن السكيت: يقال للأَسد ضُبارِمٌ

وضُبارِك، وهما من الرجال الشجاع.
