(صَوُغَ)
فِي حَدِيثِ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ «واعَدْتُ صَوَّاغاً مِنْ بَنِي قَيْنُقَاع» الصَّوَّاغ:
صَائِغ الحَلْي. يُقَالُ صَاغَ يَصُوغُ، فَهُوَ صَائِغ وصَوَّاغ.
(س) وَمِنْهُ الْحَدِيثُ «أكذَبُ النَّاسِ الصَّوَّاغُون» قِيلَ لِمَطالِهم ومَواعيدهم الكَاذبة.
وَقِيلَ أرادَ الَّذِينَ يُزَيِّنُون الحديثَ ويَصُوغُون الكَذِبَ. يُقَالُ صَاغَ شِعْراً، وصَاغَ كَلَامًا: أَيْ وضَعه ورتَّبه. ويُروى «الصَّيَّاغُون» بِالْيَاءِ، وَهِيَ لُغَة أَهْلِ الحجَاز، كَالدَّيّار والقيَّام. وَإِنْ كَانَا مِنَ الْوَاوِ (هـ) وَمِنْهُ حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَقِيلَ لَهُ خَرج الدجّالُ فَقَالَ: «كَذْبةٌ كَذِبَهَا الصَّوَّاغُون» .
(س) وَمِنْهُ حَدِيثُ بَكْرٍ المُزْني «فِي الطَّعَامِ يَدْخل صَوْغاً ويخرُجُ سُرُحا» أَيِ الأطْعمَة الْمَصْنُوعَةُ أَلْوَانَاً، المُهَيَّأةُ بعضُها إِلَى بَعْض.
