شحتل
أعْطِنِي شَحْتَلَةً مِنْ كَذا، بالْحَاءِ الْمُهْمَلَةِ، وبالمُثَنَّاةِ الْفَوْقِيَّةِ أَهْمَلَهُ الجَوْهَرِيُّ، وصاحِبُ اللِّسانِ، وقالَ الصَّاغَانِيُّ: هِيَ لُغَةٌ بَغْدادِيَّةٌ، أَي نُتْفَةً مِنْهُ، أَو قَلِيلاً مِنْهُ، قالَ: وليسَ مِن كَلامِ العَرَبِ.
قلتُ: فَإِذاً اسْتِدْراكُهُ على الجَوْهَرِيِّ فِي غَيٍ رِ مَحَلِّهِ، فتَأَمَّلْ ذَلِك.
