بتكرير الباء والراء وفتحها: بالفسطاط من مصر، قال أبو عبد الله القضاعي: نزل به البربر على كعب بن يسار بن ضبة العبسي وكانوا يعظمونه ويزعمون أن أبا خالد بن سنان العبسي كان نبيّا وبعث إليهم فكانوا يتردّدون إليه فنسب السوق إليهم.
