سنغ: سَنّاغ: حلفاء، حلفة، ويسميها براكس: سنّاق، (بوسييه) وسنغة، ligeum spartem ( كولومب ص12) وانظر جاكو (ص57 وفيه سونرا. ومن هذا اسم الطائر سنغ الابل. واسمه: Camel-Pricker, Cream Coloured Courser, Cursorius Gallicus ( تراستزام ص401).
