زِنْجارُ، بالكسر: د. وكعُصْفُورٍ: ضَرْبٌ من السَّمَكِ.
والزِّنْجيرُ والزِّنْجيرَةُ، بكسرِهِما: البياضُ الذي على أظْفارِ الأحداثِ.
وزَنْجَرَ: قَرَعَ بينَ ظُفُرِ إِبْهامِهِ وظُفُرِ سَبَّابَتِهِ.
