منقول عن لفظ تصغير الزّجّ للرمح: منزل للحاجّ بين البصرة ومكّة قرب سواج، عن نصر، وقرأته في قول عديّ بن الرقاع:
أطربت أم رفعت لعينك غدوة ... بين المكيمن والزّجيح حمول؟
بالحاء المهملة.
