ز و ق: (الزَّاوُوقُ) الزِّئْبَقُ فِي لُغَةِ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ. وَهُوَ يَقَعُ فِي (التَّزَاوِيقِ) لِأَنَّهُ يُجْعَلُ مَعَ الذَّهَبِ عَلَى الْحَدِيدِ ثُمَّ يَدْخُلُ فِي النَّارِ فَيَذْهَبُ مِنْهُ وَيَبْقَى الذَّهَبُ ثُمَّ قِيلَ لِكُلِّ مُنَقَّشٍ (مُزَوَّقٌ) وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهِ الزِّئْبَقُ. وَ (زَوَّقَ) الْكَلَامَ وَالْكِتَابَ حَسَّنَهُ وَقَوَّمَهُ. وَ (زِيقُ) الْقَمِيصِ مَا أَحَاطَ بِالْعُنُقِ.
