زردب
: (زَرْدَبَهُ) : أَهمله الجوهريّ، وَقَالَ ابْن دُرَيْد: أَي (خَنَقَه) ، وزَرْدَمَه كَذَلِك، وَقيل: دَحْرَجَه، وَقيل: رَمَاهُ فِي زِرْدَاب؛ وَهُوَ مَا انْحَدَرَن السُّيُولِ، قَالَهُ شَيْخُنا.
