[زبق] زَبَقَ شَعْرَهُ يزبُقُهُ زَبْقاً: نتفه. وانْزَبَقَ، أي دخل. وهو مقلوب انزقب. والزبنق: دهن الياسمين. والزئبق فارسي معرب. وقد عرب بالهمز، ومنهم من يقوله بكسر الباء فيلحقه بالزئبر والضئبل. ودرهم مزأبق، والعامة تقول مزبق.
