ر ف هـ : رَفُهَ الْعَيْشُ بِالضَّمِّ رَفَاهَةً وَرَفَاهِيَةً بِالتَّخْفِيفِ اتَّسَعَ وَلَانَ وَهُوَ فِي رَفَاهِيَةٍ مِنْ الْعَيْشِ وَرَفَهْنَا رَفْهًا مِنْ بَابِ نَفَعَ وَرُفُوهًا أَصَبْنَا نِعْمَةً وَسَعَةً مِنْ الرِّزْقِ وَيَتَعَدَّى بِالْهَمْزَةِ وَالتَّضْعِيفِ فَيُقَالُ أَرْفَهْتُهُ وَرَفَّهْتُهُ فَتَرَفَّهَ وَرَجُلٌ رَافِهٌ مُتَرَفِّهٌ مُسْتَمْتِعٌ بِنِعْمَةٍ وَرَفَّهَ نَفْسَهُ تَرْفِيهًا أَرَاحَهَا وَلَيْلَةٌ رَافِهَةٌ لَيِّنَةٌ.
